Can I Join Songtrust If I'm Already With ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or SOCAN?

We work with all songwriters, regardless of your current PRO affiliation.

Songtrust acts as your global publishing administrator — a complementary role to your existing affiliation with such Performing Rights Organizations (PROs) as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and SOCAN.

Here’s how it works: We collect performance royalties from your PRO and other PROs around the world, and we collect mechanical royalties from societies like the Harry Fox Agency (HFA) and The Mechanical Licensing Collective (The MLC).

If you are already affiliated with a PRO, we will help you manage your catalog there and expand royalty collection to other international sources.

Please note that the writer's share of your royalties will always be sent to you directly by your PRO, and will not go through Songtrust.
