Yes - You maintain 100% ownership of your publishing for the duration of your agreement with us.

Songtrust does not take ownership of your publishing whatsoever. As the original creator of your musical work, you automatically own 100% of your copyright, regardless if you decide to register your works with the U.S Copyright office.

Songtrust is a publishing administration service. This means we solely administer any song you add to your account. Any publishing royalties we collect for these songs will be paid out to you, minus our 15% commission fee each quarter. You maintain 100% ownership of your publishing for the duration of your agreement with us.
