What Is SoundCloud Premier?

It’s one way to monetize your music without a distributor.

SoundCloud Premier is the digital music service’s direct monetization program for independent songwriters and music creators. The platform was invite-only until October of 2018, when SoundCloud gave Pro Unlimited users the opportunity to monetize their content without having to go through a distributor.

Basic members are not eligible for the “fan-powered royalties” of SoundCloud Premier, but they can still get paid for their plays through an online distributor like CD Baby or DistroKid.
