If I No Longer Control My Publisher Share, Can I Still Submit That Song to Songtrust?

Doing so would cause a conflict with your current agreement.

Songtrust only collects on behalf of your publisher share. If another publisher has already been assigned that right, collecting it would cause a direct conflict with your current agreement. 

Remember: Your writer's share of performance royalties is paid directly by your Performing Rights Organization (PRO). It does not come through us.
