Be sure that the correct email address was submitted.

Please ensure that the correct email address is being used as a username when logging in. This would be the same email where you received a confirmation of registration when setting up your Songtrust account. If the problem persists, please notify our Client Services Team of the issue using our Support Form to submit a ticket. You can find this form by logging into your account and finding the link on your client dashboard. Be sure to include the email you used to sign up as well.
