      Can I Assign ISRCs for Recordings Owned by Others?

      Only the recording owner should assign ISRCs

      No! If you are not the owner of the sound recording, then you should not be the one who assigns that recording an ISRC. You should only ever be assigning ISRCs to recording you own.
