It is always good for us to have as much information as possible. However, if you are missing some information from your co-writers, this is okay as long as you know the splits.

You must enter all writers (whether Songtrust or outside) into your account before you can register a song.

Common information you may not have access to could include IPI#, PRO, and publishing company. If you do not have this information, just leave it blank when adding an outside writer. If you click on "Add Songwriter" a second time after you are asked if you are sure you do not have this information, the songwriter will be added regardless. A first and last name is enough.

However, the splits on each song MUST add up to 100%, so you must know the other writer's percentage of the song.

We highly suggest you enter as much information as possible when adding outside writers.
